Orders are packed within 1–2 business days and you’ll receive a tracking number by email the moment the label prints. International orders may owe local customs duties on delivery — those are set by your country, not by us.
Returns & exchanges
- Within 30 days of delivery, email us with your order number and what went wrong (or just what didn’t fit).
- Ship it back unworn, unwashed, with tags. We’ll send the return address — or bring it to a pickup day if you’re on the island.
- Refund or swap. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days of arrival; exchanges ship free.
Wrong or damaged item? That’s on us — we replace it and cover all shipping, no questions.
