The brand
What does “Vineyaadie” mean?
It’s Martha’s Vineyard + yaadie — Jamaican patois for someone from yard, meaning home. A Vineyaadie is a Jamaican at home on the Vineyard. That’s us, and if you’re wearing the tee, it’s you too.
Who is behind the brand?
Three Jamaican friends — Malik, Devon, and Amara — who came to Martha’s Vineyard as seasonal workers and stayed. Read the whole story on our About page.
Are the designs original?
Every print is drawn in-house by Malik. The island-sunset artwork, the script wordmark, the map print — all original, all ours.
Product & fit
How do the tees fit?
True-to-size unisex fit in mid-weight premium cotton. If you’re between sizes, size up for the relaxed island look. Full measurements are on the Size Guide.
How do I care for the print?
Machine wash cold, inside-out. Tumble dry low. If you iron, iron inside-out and never directly on the print. Treated well, the print outlasts the summer — many summers.
Will sold-out sizes come back?
Yes — core designs restock through the season. Join the email list on the homepage and you’ll hear about restocks before anyone else.
Orders, shipping & returns
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. US orders are a $6 flat rate, international $14 flat — and every order over $100 ships free, anywhere.
How does local pickup work?
Choose Local pickup at checkout (it’s free). We email you when your order is ready, usually within a day, and you collect it on the island. Details on the Local Pickup page.
What payments do you accept?
All major cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I return or exchange?
Unworn items in original condition: 30 days from delivery for a refund or exchange. Start with an email — see Shipping & Returns.
Do you do wholesale or custom prints?
